Based on my most recent interaction with Customer Service, this is what I now know regarding the status of my delayed order:
-The shipment is over a week late, but is only now being discovered. A shipment, expected to arrive by 12/20/2018, carrying several high demand items, did not show and no questioned nor followed up on its location. No “Order Delayed” notifications sent nor plans to be sent. -A new shipment may or may not be in route and may or may not have the product to fill my order. -As there is no Shipping Information, the delivery (still showing Expected 12/20) may or may not be arriving sometime in January 2019. I was advised to expect possible delivery around the beginning to mid - January, but most likely before February 2019 (no guarantees). -If there is a Shipping delay, they will send out notifications, unless it is an unforeseen delay, a delay by the shipper, a recent delay, or a delay that may affect order processing. Guaranteed Delivery By dates are only estimates, and NOT guaranteed.
My order, placed Oct. 26, 2018, was originally expected mid-December, then changed to be shipped December 20. The ETA is now unavailable and can not be guaranteed. What can be guaranteed is that this will be my last order with this company. Here’s hoping I get my...

   Read moreHorrible customer service. Older lady working the register, makes it very clear to customers that the animatronics break easily and thats why most of them are unplugged. We also over heard her complaining about how loud they are to other employees and she hates the registerso close to them.. I dont think she realizes its set up like that so the employees can watch and ensure customers dont break them. There was a group of Teenagers in there hitting each other and the displays with the foam weapons and none of the employees asked them to stop. Will not be buying anything from...
