I keep forgetting to avoid this location, so I keep going and having bad experiences. It hasn’t had a renovation yet, so no Ulta, the Starbucks doesn’t have Nitro, and the Bullseye’s Playground is half the size as those who are used to those in the renovated Targets. They also still have the old self-checkouts, only four of them, oh and only on one side of the store because there’s only one entry and exit. I’ve also been surprised to see that the self-checkout is never staffed, like there’s always someone around, but they don’t have someone whose role it is to stand at the self-checkouts and somehow not make awkward eye contact with you yet somehow be there immediately if you have problems with the machine or have a spill, like at other Targets. If they do have someone, these employees have been very judgmental and speak with harsh, loud voices, just enough to not quite be yelling. If you are personally or are shopping with someone who’s Autistic, I strongly suggest avoiding this location. You cannot get in and out of this location quickly with little interaction like you can in most other Targets (you may be approached even if you avoid approaching employees), the atmosphere is busy and tense, and stock/layout/policies (only 10 items in self-checkout) are not the same as you may have come to expect from other locations. One small positive is that it stocks more variety of food items than Washington...
Read more0 stars if I could. Tonight while on my way out from target before I could even open my car door, 4 officers cars surrounded my car so I couldn’t leave. One had then asked me if I had bought the air fryer that was right next to me and I said yes… because yes I did pay for said air fryer? Going back in forth on the walkie talkie he goes to me they are saying you didn’t pay for it. So I just give up saying maybe I didn’t scan it, damn well knowing I did. It was embarrassing. The officer says I’m trespassed and takes the air fryer and I leave. I leave the parking lot and pull over. I looked on the app because it shows what you last purchased and to no surprise it shows the air fryer, as well as on the receipt it shows. I drive back and see the officer, and show him again it’s there. He agrees, tells his boss and explains to me that Loss Prevention thought I was a target. I was like okay so do I get my air fryer now or? So I then have to drive to the front doors so the office can bring it out to me. Are there not cameras at self checkout? I’m Black so this experience probably doesn’t surprise you, but it’s my first experience like that at Target. I understand there’s nothing that can be done, but I just thought I’d share my experience this evening. Regardless of if I’m still trespassed or not, I will not be...
Read moreI've received unfriendly and poor service on multiple visits to this location. Good luck price matching anything at this Target. I showed an associate at the customer service desk a competitor's price. They match this store according to their policy. I was able to bring the price up on my computer at home before driving to the store and on my cell phone at the store. The associate told me that he had to be able to search for the product on the Target tablet (which looked like it was from the early 2000s). He was unable to find it. I asked if there was an actual computer he could use to check and he said no. He made no attempt to try and didn't ask a manager despite me asking politely for other options. I find it hard to believe that the store doesn't have a computer with Internet access even in the back. The associate wouldn't allow me to show him the website up on my phone and insisted that it had to be on the tablet only. I would recommend avoiding this location if you value good or even average...
