I have to commend our server Samantha, she was one of the hardest working people in there. She not only tended to her customers, she was helping restock food pans at the buffet or rolling silverware in the back while a group of other servers including one from the dessert area were "hiding out" in the server station as tables filled. A few of them would stretch to look over the partition and duck back down, joking with each other while sipping on a beverage, we observed this going on several times as we ate. Whenever we go back, I hope she's still there.
Now with that said, the food was great. Food pans were restocked consistently. The steak and other meats were done just right. There's plenty to choose, from seafood, poultry, pork and beef, pizza, pasta, multiple potato dishes, all kinds of vegetables, melt in your mouth dinner rolls, fresh salad fixings and fresh fruits and a fully stocked dessert bar. If you leave hungry, it's your own fault! I'm getting hungry and wanting to go back just thinking about all that food.
Prices are comparable to a sit down restaurant at around $11 (with drink/tax) for lunch (11-4 and just under $18 (with drink/tax)for weekend dinner (4-close). Don't forget to join their birthday club, I got a buy 1 get 1 free meal for my birthday and a free beverage for joining (need to print...
Read moreWe have been dining here before and was usually pleased. We paid nearly $30 dollars to find absolutely no plates or bowls to get our meals. When I asked about dishes, I was informed they had someone working on it. No one filled the carts that held the dishes for over a half hour. Then I asked for a spoon for my husband, and was told they didn't have any spoons. When my expression revealed my frustrations, the employee told me I could always run to Sam's Club and buy some plastic ones. When I said, "you have to be kidding?" She told me they didn't have any spoons because someone stoled theirs. This experience was really buzzards. The food was not fresh, most hot food was dried out and not stirred. I have owned and managed businesses that involves food, and understand food safety and it's appearance. I witnessed your "mostly elderly" customers, standing and waiting for a plate that was a long time coming. I have always been a person that can come up with a solution when things don't run smoothly. But this needs upper management or this business will not survive. We had been there three weeks earlier and the soft serve ice cream machine was out of order. Three weeks later, still out of order. Something more than the ice cream machine is broken at...

Original review: First thing, we come into the restaurant on sunday evening at dinner time, there was no one to check us out, the person running the front was helping with the to go service so we had to wait 5 minutes for someone to take our money. After we were seated I proceeded to the bar to try to find my favorite items golden corral offers, one is the sauteed mushrooms, and the other is the large butterfly shrimp, neither of which could be found, big disappointment, can this really be a golden corral? Well it doesnt stop there, when I had to use the restroom before I left the restaurant the floor was covered in urine infront of the urnial. We spoke with the manager on duty, he said they were out of the mushrooms and they didnt come on the truck... We asked for a general managers number, never got it, only reason not a 1 star was that the waitress rachall was super nice and stayed busy the whole time we were there and was the only highlight...
