Updated 07/31/21 I am so done with this location. This is the slowest most disorganized Starbucks I have ever been in and It makes me sad since it's my local location. Everytime we visit they are out of something, their label printer is broken, most of the staff are unable to run into a problem and find a solution and the wait times are ridiculous. This last time I waited about 40 minutes for a dark roast pour over. I'll be sending all of my business from this point forward to Hebrews or drinking it at home. Also got to witness one of the staff who was running the register come over to argue with another customer who was also upset that he had waited for a coffee that was ordered about the same time. Instead of her trying to satisfy the situation, she kept trying to argue it was the systems fault not the staff even though I watched them call out people's orders three different times and instead of fixing them as they came in they did them in reverse order. Whatever happened to the Customer is always right. Starbucks, you needbto train your workers better than this.
This store generally has good food and drinks however, the use of space for paying customers is horrible. We frequent this store usually at least twice a week and struggle most times to find a place to sit and enjoy our purchases due to the arrangement of seating after the recent remodel this year.
It's apparently fine to bring your laptop/schoolwork and take up homestead even though there is no evidence of making a purchase of any Starbucks item. It is also not unusual for a 4 chair table to be taken up by one person that must believe the world revolves around them. How inconsiderate can people be?
It's mighty nice of this store to provide free internet but doing so for nonpaying customers is a stupid, yes, I said STUPID idea. You have made me question my sanity, spending so much of my hard earned money here. 🤔

The line is ALWAYS wrapped around the building and back into or past the sweet frogs parking lot, mobile orders take atleast 25-30 minutes to be made after being placed (Today I waited an hour on my drink to be made and had to send my husband in to tell the guy to make my drink we had kids outside and were not waiting any longer) the manager is ALWAYS rude, I’m surprised no one has looked into all of the complaints, comments and reviews and fired him already, some of the staff even have attitudes half the time (I get it though, if I were short staffed every single day and had a bad manager I’d be annoyed all shift too) however, The laziness in the first picture I posted just blows my mind, clearly it says FROZEN strawberry lemonade so why anyone thought it was acceptable to just throw out an iced strawberry lemonade and call it a day when I paid $7 for it to be frozen is beyond me, the second picture which happened today is also ridiculous. I ordered this drink on the app at 4:45 PM and didn’t have it made until 5:30 PM almost an hour later, ONLY AFTER I sent my husband in to get the worker to make the drink. I don’t know what needs to be done to get this Starbucks functioning properly, but someone needs to come in that knows that they’re doing and take control or retraining needs to be given, because this place has gone down hill fast and doesn’t look like it’s ever coming back up. In the last two weeks, I have patronized this location 4 times. Each time, my order was wrong and the barista/employee was clueless/frazzled/angry/frustrated. Now my order wasn't just slightly wrong -- it was majorly wrong. I keep hoping that the next time will be better. Each time it's not. My order was for a large hot americano with extra cream and there was no cream. Zero. Also, I ordered a decaf doppio with a spash of heavy whipping cream. The cup was filled to the top with cream thus giving me a full cup of espresso-flavored heavy whipping cream. Not what I ordered. I could excuse this once or twice butt his keeps happening. I will no longer be visiting this Starbucks. Please, owner of this Starbucks, don't tell me how sorry you are that I had this experience (or whatever other boilerplate blurb you may use in these instances) and don't direct me to a link that puts me at starbucks.com only to find it's impossible to leave a message to your particular store without being rerouted back to an AI chatbot.
