Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in West Virginia

I'm going to give them 5 across the board as we have never had a bad experience until our last visit. When we went through the drive thru last time the young man manning the tablet payment system dropped it which meant it needed rebooted so although we arrived with no other cars by the time we got to pay several cars had driven through. I believe because of that issue we were given the wrong order, we had one single meal and received two kids' meals so we came back through. They corrected the issue quickly, and were very apologetic. We live near Lewisburg , so when we go to Beckley or drive through the area this is the Chic-fil-A we visit. Food is always fresh and good, place is always immaculate and the staff is beyond friendly. Seems to run smoothly when I am there, even when busy. Just that last hiccup in drive-thru. But they made it right and apologized, which is all I expect and very much appreciate. To anyone who thinks we should have been refunded as well, we were given the wrong order for free, which of course we ate and enjoyed, so ultimately, I always believe. If you want and will eat the free food, it's usually more than the refund would be. We were and are happy with this location and will continue to stop here whenever in Beckley. Seriously the WOSRT chick fil a experience I have EVER had at ANY chick fil a. I am not one to complain. If not me. But I went to this chick fil a one morning and asked for a nugget meal she stated they were on breakfast and couldn't I couldn't get fries. I live in Charleston and it doesn't matter what time I go they are more than happy to drop fries for me with a smile on their face. At this one they were not going to do it. The wait took FOREVER ! When I got to the window she didn't great me and say good morning like they always do at any other chick fil a. I said thank you and rather than getting a "my pleasure" like I would get at any other chick fil a I got a "uh huh". All of the workers looked mad, bored, like they didn't want to be there. None of them were up beat or friendly. I will NEVER return back to this chick fil a again. Word of advice for who ever runs this joint... close down and take all your workers to south ridge chick fil a so they can see how it SHOULD be done. If all chick fil a 's were ran this way it wouldn't have been a big deal... but that is Service I'd expect from McDonald's bc all of the other chick fil a's hold such a great name. I hate to see this one make the rest look...

They seem to be "past their peak" in quality food. My most recent visit was reported to the website on the receipt but not able to upload pics. Since it's been about one day ago and no management response I'm putting it out there in the Google Reviews so others can be aware of my recent experience before deciding if they want to have the same experience or possibly choose a different place to eat. Usually I have picked CFA because I have had a very positive experience BUT it seems like this location has turned the corner and beginning to show signs of complacency and food quality. First of all I ordered my fries crispy and that was not noted on my receipt so the kitchen didn't know how I wanted my fries. Second, many of my fries were stuck together and they were undercooked in the middle, finally my spicy chicken sandwich was tuff as show leather and very thin.
