Please do your homework before shopping here!! One of Nate's employees sold me two new iPhones telling me it was buy one get one half off. As a single mom with an old phone, this was a deal I could not pass up! Because I'm on a family plan that my brother in law controls, it wasn't until several months later we realized we were charged full price for both phones. I immediately went back to the store and they took my name and phone number and said they would have Nate call me. He never did. I left three messages for him and finally on my fourth phone call he was there. He said there was nothing he could do because at the time I purchased the phones in order to get the deal we had to add another line as well. I was never informed of this! He acted like he didn't care and said "this is why I tell my employees to make sure they read all the fine print." How was this my fault?? I feel I was taken advantage of. Read moreI dealt with Matt. We went in to get information and was told he probably had the new phone we wanted in stock. Sure enough we come back a few hours later after discussing our options only to find he does not have the phone but must order. However we were doing a trade-in so we paid off our old phone so it was ready for trade-in. We were told we had to activate the new one before the 10th to get the trade-in full value on the old one. New phone was to be in Saturday or Monday. The phone wasn't in until Wednesday when we found out he doesn't even do the trade-in we do it 100% online and it was NOT tied to us activating a new phone what so ever. It was lie after lie to make sure he got the sale on the new phone. He wanted to make sure we bought the new phone off of him. Ridiculous part is we still would have got the phone from him but it would have been nice to start the trade-in process as the envelope itself takes 5 days to get to me then yet time to mail it in and get the credit. Read moreWe wanted to switch from Sprint to Verizon had an issue at the Monroe store where our phones were not compatible with switching over. So we wanted to think it over if we wanted to get new phones and have a higher monthly payment. However we did get a call from Jessica at the Lambertville store and she told us all about the promotions, in how we could save a lot of money. She offered to meet us at the Monroe store, but we went to the Lambertville store to meet her. Not only did she let us know about all the promotions...she stayed after hours(1.5 hrs) to help us switch everything over and get new tablet switched also. Fast customer service/best customer service we've had from a phone store in a long time.
