Ordered online. No place for special requests other than for pizza. I called the store 2 times, no answer and on hold for 8 min the first time and 10 min the second time. Order was ready for pickup by the time I waited on hold for 18 min. Arrived at store to see my order was ready on the screen. NO ONE addressed me for more than 5 min of me standing at the counter. I finally announced myself and asked if anyone planned on assisting me. Looked like a manager who finally came to the register and I explained I have been trying to call. He stated that they are "short handed" and proceeded to finally get my order. I had to then ask for the sauces I paid extra for because they were not in my order. Read moreWe've tried it three times. Never been up to par, with all three occasions being riddled with order errors. The 2nd time we had to re cook the pizzas in our oven for 10 minutes because they were so undercooked. This last order, they didn't put 3 toppings on one pizza, but still charged us for it. However, I'm giving them two stars instead of one because the delivery drivers are always very friendly and professional.
Edit: Why does Pizza Hut even exist anymore?
