Its a shame that 0 stars is not an option! If you need your medication fast, after an ER visit or Post Operation, on time for a pre scheduled surgical procedure or if it's a life or death medication, then DO NOT use this Pharmacy- the staff is INCOMPETENT! This staff has a major problem getting things right and doing anything timely- they take days to do most things and even then it is a 50/50 chance on if the medication will be done or not. This Pharmacy also has an issue of closing the Pharmacy down out of nowhere on scheduled days and hours of operation- the store will be open for overpriced coughdrops, but the Pharmacy closed. Your better off using a different Walgreens, or the close by (literally within walking distance) Kroger or Rite Aid. After moving here from elesewhere and using Walgreens for years where we came from, we tried to support the local store, but after about a year and a half of mistakes, missed refills, mishaps and rude service (whenever they were behind or at fault for something), we finally decided that it was time to pull the plug and move our families, our parents and the in-laws medications elsewhere... come to find out that the local competition is timely, professional, even made phone calls to get things done when it needs to be done, courteous, seem grateful for the business and are actually even cheaper on...

Iāve been trying for over two years but am fed up with the constant rudeness, incompetence and horrible customer service. While itās not their fault when one of my sonās medicationās is on a nationwide shortage, their attitude, and basically telling me I am SOL is not helpful. My son is on the same medication for 12 years and Iāve never had any issues with Walgreens until we moved to this area. Iām not sure if I should try to switch back to the Walgreens in Monroe or find another local pharmacy, but I can no longer tolerate this behavior. The āoperations managerā who answered the pharmacy phone today called me rude because I questioned why Iāve gotten four different answers in the last four days about one of my sons medicationās. His medication is in stock so it isnāt a shortage issue. Today she tried to tell me that it was because it was too soon until yesterday yet during the four previous calls and in person visits, no one said anything about that. For the record, it wasnāt too soon. I track my sonās different meds religiously!

My wife had a prescription that was sent in around 12pm and it wasnāt fulfilled until 6pm, even though it was promised to be done by 1pm and then when we called later it was promised to be done by 4:30pm. It probably would have been later if we didnāt go in and have them fill it. It was for my young daughter so she could breathe better and we didnāt find ourselves in the hospital. One of the employees, Lisa was her name, gave my wife a hard time and tried to charge us without even asking for our insurance. Also, while mixing the medicine with water, she used two different amounts of water for the two prescriptions we had filled, so we questioned her about it wanting to make sure that it was the right amount before we gave it to our child. After my wife questioned her about it, she yelled at my wife and stormed out of the store. We will never shop at this...
