Love Tractor Supply but i will never go to this one again! On sterns and secor in lambertville, mi! There is always a female cashier in there when i go in and ive had issues before with her snarkiness and not being very friendly, or looming at me funny when i would try and small talk, but i recognize sometimes people are akward so i gave it a few more chances and still the same but i came back again a few times, then tonight i went to exchange a Carhartt base layer shirt cuz i wanted the pants and didn't realize i got the shirt, so i go check and they had one pair and not my size , went back very nicely told her they didnt have my size so ill just return them i paid cash so no big deal right? And was in the 30 day period.. she scans the reciept then goes to scan the package sees a sticker that says reduced, and tells me i cant return it with this sticker, if it just had the yellow price tag sticker i could but not with this, i said to her but that dont make sense they all were on clearance and i didnt even open this or could i wear it, it would have been too small anyhow, she calls another girl over very rudely in front if me says exsasterbated i need a manager yo help woth this return. Girl comes up, she tells her what she said to me and goes yay or nay, manager says go ahead and cashier says under her breath its basically giving people their way over a rule but whatever, so i got my cash and left. Then go look at the return policy online on my phone, read through it twice. No where does it state that a refund cant be made on a reduced item. Not one bit! There was this girl her name was Ashley she was working the register and did an amazing job she was very helpful and did everything she could to make sure our customer service was on point . Its a new place as usual they greet you as you come in prices was low as all of the stores. Its a new location in Lambertville Michigan. I always had to drive 30 minutes.
