Ugh. Way too much bad in the experience to type. Just know that they don’t really care about you as a customer, they care about your payment. Wanna find out, be 3 days late on a payment and see if that same shiny, slimy shellac they lay on you at the beginning stays there. No more smiles. Just miles… on the truck as they come get your stuff. And you can always get it back, because the REAL money is made by disregarding a majority of the money you already paid into a product and selling you the same product back at damn near new cost. If you’re like me and you HAVE to deal with them, be blessed and use them just like they use you. Insist on brand new items and change your mind and order something else every couple months. Flood them with great condition previously rented merchandise that you got brand new. BUT, check your attitude at the door and don’t take it out on the store employees. You knew what this was gonna be when you walked in the door. Don’t act brand new when the situation goes south over money. Read moreWhen I first started out with Rent A Center it was with the one on Ruf Snow and quickly changed over to this location and I am so happy that I came to this store. This Rent A Center knows how to treat people. They are fair, upfront with you and every last person in this store is amazing. They really need to be the example for other stores (cough cough Ruf Snow) on what the standard is for customer service. The manager here and his team always have a smile, willing to assist you and reach out when your auto-pay stops for an unexpected bank error, because they noticed that the customer always pays on-time. Because of this store I decided to buy more items outside of my first purchase and I am now looking to spend more money with them. Even their delivery team was fast, efficient, and made sure that my items were up and running and even cleaned up before they left. Highly recommend this store.
