Got there about 5:15 on a weeknight. Kitchen had tons of people working, but no one at the registers. My husband and I saw the new self-order kiosk and decided to give that a shot. Saw a couple other people come in and use the kiosk, and then a few people lined up at the counter. After they'd been standing at the counter for 5 minutes, someone finally noticed them and said they had to use the kiosk.
It took almost 20 minutes for our food to come out and none of it was hot. My toddler had a cheesy roll-up, and the shredded cheese wasn't even melted. My chalupas were extra chewy. Don't know if that's because the tortilla was old or cold, but I only ate two bites. My husband had ordered no sour cream on his burrito, but it came with sour cream. When we realized all of the food was luke-warm at best, we asked for a refund and left.
Because we ordered from the kiosk, we had not gotten a receipt. It took them several minutes of going back and forth between multiple registers to figure out how to call up or order so that it could be refunded. All that being said, the staff were polite about the refund. We won't be going back...
Read moreThis is a consistently disorganized location. For starters the employees are terrible at multitasking. Every customer at the drive thru has to wait a minute or 2 after pulling up to order. I started by ordering a #1. Didn't even get to finish that part of my order before the woman cut me off and told me to hold on yet again. Every bit of the ordering process went the same way and I had to repeat most of it. So I get to the window and I'm handed a warm drink with no ice. I ask "no ice?" To which she responded "oh did you want ice?!?" Like she was surprised I'd expect the thing that comes in every drink EVER. "Yea I wanted ice" she says "oh sorry the machine is broken and I have to walk ALL THE WAY TO THE LOBBY" I say that she should inform customers of this when they order. Her response "we aren't allowed to". So much wrong with this entire interaction most of which being lies and stupidity. Pathetic. Food was soggy and an absolute mess. Side note, the cantina...

I don't usually go eat out because I always get disappointed with the quality of the food it's never as good as it looks on TV but this Taco Bell definitely knows how important it is to give good ,fresh , hot food & fast enough service. Everything I received even the cheese sauce was hot not luke warm it was made with care and I really appreciate that. It's very important to not just be fast but to be fresh also if the employees care this much then I know they take care of the many duties (cleanliness) of store that come with working in a food establishment. I use to do this work I went beyond the call of duty excellece service for the customers I for one thankyou all so much for all the hard work you do you care enough to serve fresh food that's what makes you stand out I'd give 💯 trillion ⭐✨⭐✨ if I could.
