One of the worst store in bedford area. Lady over there do not know how to talk with customer. We are paying from our money not yours. Please do not visit this store.
Here is the reply for your response. 1st if you camera and if you can listen a sound listen it carefully i was on the phone and i asked about the product. I did not say a word to your lady. 2nd hindi is not my first language and i think your store is in USA so i guess the standard language is English correct me if i am wrong.? And yes sometimes we cannot understand correctly the way we speak so that time insead of being rude you can repate again by asking i do not understand what you asking for. 3rd i respect her age so that i buy the product and move out without saying any word. All the times elders may not be right. Who ever is responding to these review you need to think twice before responding and should not beleave if you are not on the spot. 4th- if you have camera check your camera that this was not my 1st time visiting the store.
Lastly you better not teach me the life lesson , teach your owner or employee how to talk with customer...

And that was still fine as I'm used to expecting a limited selection BUT the lady at the counter (also the co-owner) is rude. When asked if there's a specific item in the snacks section, she not only pointed to another random item from the same brand and lied saying the packaging has changed, but when I pointed out that I had seen the same thing in Patel Brothers a couple of days ago and the thing she was pointing to is NOT what I'm looking for... she says: "to Patel se le lo jaa ke fir" (translation: Go, buy it from Patel Brothers then). Just want to convey this to whoever is reading to know what to expect. The previous owners were really nice and I have been purchasing from this store for almost 3 years now. NO MORE... To the lady at the counter I'd like to say - "Patel se len ya nahin, yahan kabhi nahi aayenge aage se... thank you for the tip."

Today, I came in, this was my first time to visit your store, I purchased 3 bottles of Shan ginger garlic paste , you charged me $6.49 per bottle, totalling to $19.47. The grocer, I regularly shop at, literally 5 mins walk from my house, they charge $4.29 for the same . You charged me $2.20 more per bottle a total of $6.60 more. I think the supplier is the same for these products here in Dallas Fort Worth area. Why would you do business like this? Do you believe in repeat customers?
