Select Tshirts — Local services in Bedford

Select T-shirts is a great business! I’m a bit late with my review but I used their services last month and wanted to be sure to thank them again. I was absolutely pleased with my order. The shirt was quality and I’ve washed it multiple times and the writing on it has remained in tact. It was a special shirt that I needed made with a quick turnaround as it played a huge role in my wedding day with my husband happening 2 days from when I ordered! Select did even better and had it ready same day! They sent me a mock up of what my T-shirt would look like based off what I requested and answered my questions patiently. Customizing anything can cause you to feel like you are losing brain cells lol so I really appreciated the help and guidance, overall amazing work and customer service! I will definitely be a returning customer should I need anything else....

I’m giving 3 stars because it seems as if they ran out of ink with some of the shirts. I wish they would have mentioned that instead of putting the good shirts on top of the lesser quality shirts in the bag so that it wouldn’t be noticed. I DID NOT notice until I took all of the shirts out of the bag days later.

In addition, you had to pre pay. Which is not a problem, but I paid immediately. The bottom line is about integrity and ethics in business. I had more business for them because we do expos, and conference’s 7 months out of the year. So, the ORDERS would have been larger than this one order.

Unfortunately, I can not give them anymore business because they did not mention the lesser quality t-shirts they printed. It’s simple, just tell the customer what you did even if you made a mistake. Integrity...

I found Nekia from Select T-shirts to be very knowledgeable and professional. I wanted to buy a humorous sweatshirt for my wife. She was very patient in showing me options in color, font size and pitch. She made the selection process effortless and the price was less than half of comparable on-line sweatshirts. The greatest difference between Select T-shirts and the on-line competition is that the customer cannot select font attributes like size, pitch, bold and italics; you have all of these options with Select T-shirts. The quality of the product and service is top-shelf ... I highly recommend...
