RideNow Rent-a-Car - Terrible Experience

I rented a car from RideNow Rent-a-Car from this location back in August 2024. At the time of booking, they charged me the rental fee and a $150 refundable deposit. It's now been over a month, and I still haven't received my deposit back.

I’ve tried calling their office multiple times, but they rarely answer. On the few occasions they did, they couldn’t give me a clear answer on when I would get my money back. They kept saying it’s handled by a "different department" and transferred me to a line that no one ever answers. Sometimes they even hang up on me in the middle of the conversation!

This has been an extremely frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t recommend Ride Now Rent-a-Car to anyone. If you're considering renting from them, I highly advise you to think twice and check...

PLEASE PLEASE DON'T RENT ANY OFFICE WITH THIS PERSON. She opens the offices and comes in when you're not there, and even when you're there, she comes in and interrupts me. She was having a conference with 30 people. She was asking my clients questions. She didn't return my deposit or that of the other 3 offices that also left.
