Went in to have my MacBook Pro “N” let out bank on!! He said something was broken on key and he could glue it! I said fine! Then he takes laptop in back to “glue” it and when I turn it on at the store now my “b” I’d mot working! He blames me and says it was not working when I use this laptop every single day and never had an issue with any keys not working!!! He then sti wanted me to pay for him using some supper glue to glue the key on even now I have a new problem with my “B” key not working which he decided to pop off to lol underneath!!! I was referred to Jamal by a family member and I can say that I'm extremely happy that I took my laptop to him. My laptop would not turn on, so I brought it here and Bob was my technician. It was a motherboard issue that needed to be replaced and it would cost almost the same amount as the price I paid for the laptop for a new motherboard + cost of labor. I appreciate their honesty and not putting in more time into something that wasn't worth the money or time. He backed up my files and transferred it over to a thumb drive. It took a few days (3) from the day I dropped it off to the day I picked up the laptop, but the important thing is I have the data recovered.
