It is so refreshing to experience outstanding customer service combined with superior product knowledge which is exactly what I experienced when switching to Verizon Wireless today at the MDI Beebe AR location. Jonathan P was extremely helpful in assisting us choose the perfect phones and service plans to fit our needs. He and Joscelyn W went above and beyond assistance jumping through hurdles taking time to port our existing phone numbers in a most difficult process from another cell service provider. They both patiently and professionally endured the hour long process in accomplishing the task. Thank you both for your pleasant attitude and outstanding customer service. My sister and I were looking at getting another phone plan, so we were checking out all the options your dream home town have to offer which is cricket, Verizon, and AT&T. After speaking to Karen at Cricket, who was very informative and nice, we went next door to Verizon, we were not even greeted with a “how are you today?” Basic customer service introductions, instead the man with the blond hair throwing back m&ms said “there ain’t no free phones in here”, to which my sister replied do I look like I’m looking for a free phone and he said didn’t you just come out of cricket? Regardless of where we came from or where we choose to go from here I promise you it will not be Verizon wireless that was the tackiest, and rudest thing to say to someone looking to spend money at your establishment. I always call it like it is and my first impression of the Beebe staff, led by Jonathon, Angela and all of them, was and still is 99.9% right. It's rare to find dedicated managers and employees like my friends at Verizon of Beebe and I can always count on them to answer any questions or concerns that I may have.
