Starway Liquor Market — Local services in Bell Gardens

Little awkward at first. Upon walking in the attendant (owner maybe?) Had this long look as if to think " your new haven't seen you before. I'm not sure am watching you until definitely know you are ok." Chosen to break the ice and said a friendly hello. He said it back.

I went about my business what I wanted. The store's music was really cool. It was easy to navigate and find what I wanted.

Upon checking out the man was little bit more cool his customer service was fundamentally basic which I can appreciate.

The visit overall I'd say your everyday liquor store.

Would I recommend? Sure for your basic quick trip for munchies and something to drink.

Would I go back? Sure for something to drink maybe munchies while...

Paid for some drinks here with tap-to-pay a while back. Cashier said it wasn't going through so I just paid with debit. Noticed afterwards that it did register and I had a double charge. So went back to the store later and luckily the owner was there, I thought. Show him reciept, says he needs time to look over the camera footage??? I come back and the dude says 'yeah no you came twice', so apparently I'm here wasting my time to try and scam him out of four measly bucks...ahahaha, sure.

Came here about a week ago and tried to pay with tap , but the cashier said it wasn’t going through.. I was hesitant but I inserted my debit anyways. Then a couple days later I realized I had $600 missing from my account. I had not used my debit card anywhere else. THEY ARE LYING SCAMMERS...
