Planet Pet Shop — Local services in Bell Gardens

I had bought iguana here and other times wood pieces for the cage here and then i had a horrible mite problem both times, the first time i didnt think it was them but when you get rid of them all and they come back only after you go back to the same store it makes it hard to think other wise. Also they had a horrible ant problem last time i went in and no one offered help out if the 3 younger women who were standing in the back room talking so i just left. I like the lady who owns this store, when she is there the custoner...

I have been coming to the family owned pet shop for years now, great customer service and prices. I bought my three dog here, the owner is so nice and helpful she doesn't try to rip you off by telling you need all these things for your dogs she recommends what you really need and doesn't see you as $$ in her pocket. All the employees there really nice, they try to help you, and they serve you the dog food my pound too if you don't want to buy the big bag..

I recommend this place to anyone who cares about...

The owner needs to learn how to leave her problems from home out of her work place, ive been to this place since i was young and i really enjoyed it. the last 4 times ive been here have been nothing but terrible service, from her giving attitude to nasty remarks that are unnecessary. Hope you leave your problems at home next time, everyone has problems they have to deal with, people who go to your pet shop are genuinly happy and dont deserve to have your sour self...
