My baby Willow has been going to PetCo for grooming since 2018 with Dolores. Everything was fine until I couldn’t get a hold of her anymore so I tried new groomers. One groomer, which is a male told me that he could not cut her hair no more because she was too hard to handle, and nervous. The third groomer, which I believe is the head of the grooming gave me an appointment mind you without explaining her illnesses, so the day that I went to the appointment she ends up telling me that she has arthritis and she can’t deal with dogs very much, so if she starts cutting her hair and can’t finish, she would leave her like that that is insane. She shouldn’t even be working if she can’t control dogs but like I said since 2018 never had a problem with her now everybody’s telling me that she’s, hard to handle she moves to much she stresses out I think it’s absurd. Read moreI scheduled a 3 pm grooming appointment for my dog, and my dog was turned away because according to the staff member, she requires more than 3 hours for bathing and grooming, so what’s the whole purpose of having an appointment if these “expertise” won’t abide by it. I questioned the person who was attending me about the purpose of an appointment if there was a possibility of my dog not being seen, and her excuse was that when scheduling an appointment you don’t have the option to go into detail about the current appearance or what your dog requires. So you would think because the appointment program is faulty the staff members will do their diligence and call before your appointment and ask about your dog’s current appearance or ask further questions about the breed of your dog, but that did not happen. I had called and asked about if i could exchange a fish tank filter(it broke) and i told them i didnt have my original receipt but i bought it less than a week ago(i have lots of animals so im always there)....
