Just walked in, as me and my family were walking in a guy approached us asking if we need any help as well as asked if there is any particular items we were looking for and I said we are just looking for right now and he said if we need anything and help with anything to let him know; as we were walking around we seen the guy following us. We continued looking and we seen a couple right in front of us (no sales person behind them) we didn’t feeel comfortable shopping so we were planning to leave as we were leaving I looked back my self and seen the sales guy talking to another sales lady and the lady was looking straight at us (bcus the sales guy was talking about us) I approached him and asked him was there a reason why he was following us and he said it’s part of his job to follow people around (with an attitude ) In my opinion all these sales people are just sitting right in the front. When we first walked in until we left not a lot of people were shopping so if we did need any help it’s not that hard to find a sales person to ask for help. People don’t feel comfortable shopping while salesperson are walking right behind them ( give a distance as well as let the customer know you are going to be following just incase you need assistance ) My point is does he think we were there to mess around just because we were a young family ? Or is it because we have kids ? Idk what was the reason but he didn’t need to do all that extra stuff talking to another salesperson about us very un professional. TALK TO YOUR SALESMAN AND LET THEM KNOW TO GIVE CUSTOMERS SPACE AND LET THEM FEEL LIKE THEY CAN SHOP WITHOUT FEELING...
Read moreI bought a table late 2019. The table within a couple of months became defective. I called customer service due to the pandemic they told we no could come to inspect the table. I understand, this was in May. November comes I call they scheduled some to come an take a look. I was told that since the table has been discontinued I will get the whole thing replaced. I called to confirm my delivery date. All of a sudden I was never told I would get everything change. It’s only going to get the table because I waited to long to call an report and my one year manufacturer insurance has expired. Really it’s due to Covid that you guys postponed this. So after going back and forth with different reps they told me I could get a new table only to go pick the one I want. We did get it delivered. The only thing they gave us was the actual table top and they place our old table legs which color don’t match. We called customer care for like the 30time. Now they told us we will schedule with a date so that can be fixed. The day came no one showed up. We called customer service they stated they have been delivered. We told them we have been home all day and no has come. It has just been a nightmare dealing with Bobs customer service. When we initially purchased out dining table we were told that if your table was damaged and needed to be replaced and it has been discontinued we would get the whole thing replaced they lied. I would not recommend this store at all they make it really difficult to return/replace...
Read moreHorrible cheaply made furniture with a ridiculous warranty! There’s a reason they have a “goof proof” add on. They expect for the furniture not to last and they have no problem swapping since their furniture materials are extremely cheap and I’m sure the mark up price is ridiculous. Bought a couch was told it would take weeks up to a month since they were swamped with orders to my surprise they called and said they had my couch ready for delivery days later. Should’ve known then they were sending me the display couch which I specifically said I did not want! upon delivery they kept banging the couch against the door frame. The couch was broken within months my son even got a cut from a nail that was sticking out of the couch. I called and complained about the issues and they sent a “technician” he just hammered three nails to put the wood together and said he was done. Called and text customer service and they said since the “repair” was done there was nothing that could be done since I didn’t buy the good proof plan which essentially is a scam because they just keep you coming back and even paying the difference if you need to so they loose no money.
