As stated before by another user, if you go to the South Central branch, ask for Javier.

Spoiler alert: This review will be full and long. I will first give bullets and then explain. Read at your own risk. :)

Javier was kind and courteous. He helped me mix 'n match my table and chair set, even though he had to struggle it out with his supervisor. He got me a discounted price on my queen size bed. He demonstrated professionalism and "grace under fire" when a co-worker swiped his sale from under him.

When my sister and I walked in, we were asked if we needed help by a young guy (not Javier). We told him that we would look around and find him when we were ready to talk business. After 15 minutes of walking around this HUGE warehouse full of really BEAUTIFUL furniture, we decided what we wanted and looked for the young man who intended to assist us. After 3 minutes of looking through the warehouse for him, we gave up and asked Javier for assistance.

Javier was very professional and helped us get exactly what we were looking for. We wanted a table from one dining set and the chairs from another set, and although it took a little haggling with his supervisor, Javier got us the set at a median rate. He then was able to further give me a queen size bed for the price of a full size and found me just the right mattress to fit my bed and my sleep style.

When Javier went to ring up our order, the young guy from earlier swooped in and stole the sale. Javier showed a little concern in his face, but would not vocalize the frustration of having a sale stolen in front of a customer. (I only know this because I later asked Javier in private about the stolen sale). How much more professional can you get?

This is a great sales rep in a great store. He even took care of the little things, like getting my sister and I cups of water and ensuring that the loading team took care of getting everything loaded into my Pathfinder. (By the way, the loading guys were amazing as well!!! They fit a queen size bed and a 6 piece table into my 96 pathfinder safely and securely even though my pathfinder wasn't empty!)

Anyways, I would absolutely recommend this place for your furniture needs and again would like to say this: ASK FOR JAVIER!!! He really won't let you down.

Customer service is what you'd expect from a place like this. Large "show room" but very poor quality furniture. The furniture in this place makes me think of an old man who owns his own dusty work shop, who doesn't do a very good job at building furniture pieces, like a bar stool with 3 legs that are all different shapes, with one leg being shorter than the others. Then puts it out on the sales floor with the idea, yea it doesn't look good but maybe someone will still buy it. The even crazier thing about this store, is most retailers would remove damaged, scratched, torn, and broken furniture items off of the sales floor so that the customer won't see it, but not these folks. They will leave a busted up table or torn leather couch, a broken chair right next to other furniture pieces that look just fine, and expect people to pay the same price for both. Point is is the furniture is WAY CHEAP, YES. But there is a reason for that....
