I want to make it emphatically known that the gentlemen at Florissant's CommDepot (Seek and his partner) are tremendous assets to the company. I'm unfamiliar to cell phone repair or the costs. Being a repair and sales hub of anything you may need electronically, they are not only technicians but salesmen. They offered different services, but we're not overbearing. They were very informative listing pros and cons of my current service as well as pros and cons of others if I were interested in knowing them. I had my nearly decimated phone repaired at a reasonable cost. My phone was also polished looking brand new. A sturdy and clean new case was put on my phone. When I tell you I was in and out. I was in and out !! I went to this location because my screen on my iphone went black and of course it needed to be fixed. Im really big on customer service because I am the type to recommend places to friends and family. I was instantly greeted but it wasnt like a bum rush greet but a warm greeting. I told them my issue and they were on it. I believe the gentleman's name was Brandon but he was very helpful, honestly everyone was helpful and it was so refreshing to see everyone help you. The tech told me it was just my screen and it would be fixed in less than 30 mins, gave me the price and I was in there less than 20 mins. The experts at CommDepot could not have been nicer or speedier in fixing my phone. I'd been walking around like a cowboy without a case on my phone, so of course I eventually dropped it, cracking the screen into spiderwebs. I brought my phone to CommDepot expecting to have to come back and pick it up later -- but they fixed in fifteen minutes. Fifteen minutes! They even had the right parts for my ancient iphone 5, and threw in a screen protector for free. They charged less than half of what the internet said a screen repair should cost.
