Taco Bell — Restaurant in Missouri

Food was good but the manager needs to know what all is offered at his store. I always get my hard shell doubled shelled at any location including that one. When i asked i was told by the cashier and manager they dont do that, when i get it at this location everytime i visit. Once i got to the window i seen one of the younger guess that normally work, he said u didnt get doubled shell. I just lol. The food is always good and service fast and friendly. All managers and employees just needs to know whats offered in their locations.

Today August 3, 22 Idk whats going on with my favs, but the ball was dropped today. .todays producitivity was not the norm. First, My Soft taco supreme had no sour cream, then my Crunch wrap ( pics to come) was made as if i asked for extra super extra light meat or a veggie one. You guys use to be my number one pic on parker. I will just start going to get my own food so i can check it as many people will start to. My suggestion is make it right the first time to avoid the attitude and frustration of making it again. Well and to keep your customers happier than u did today because this quality was not satisfactory at all, and i really dislike wasting my money., and no it wasnt the dasher because my hardshell was still crunchy.Either way ya flip theres barely any meat, i only broke it in half because it was really thin. Very disappointed...

I love this Taco Bell. The customer service here is great. I’ve never had any issues. Been patronizing this location since they opened.

I have to update my review. I use to love this Taco Bell’s customer service. Now it depends on what time of the day you visit. I come now mainly in the mornings because I’m off to work before noon. I’ve came here a couple times at 9-9:30. One time 10. And they ate always closed. Well today I went hoping they are open. Because the time on the door and online always says 9am. Well a girl came on the intercom to tell me they were not open. I then asked her what time did they open. Do you know the girl never answered. So I will just stop coming cause I don’t know what time they open. Now if she took the time to tell me they were not open. She also coulda took the time to tell me when they do open. With that rudeness I won’t return. Will patronize somewhere else. That’s less rude. Very...

The service here started off wrong....the young lady who took our order sounded like she had an attitude and was not courteous at all.....we then get to the window and we were told our total and that was all of the verbal exchange. The young man handed us our drinks, took our money, and then shoved the bag of food at my fiance and didn't say anything else. He had to hurry to grab the bag otherwise it would have ended up on the ground. We go into the bag to find out that one of our chalupas was put in the bag upside down and the cheese, chicken, etc, spilled onto the other food in the bag. Nothing was even warm. The only things that were at the correct temperature was the lettuce, tomatoes, and shredded cheese....We weren't asked what type of sauce we wanted or anything. Just rude. If this is how you treat paying customers, then you don't need to be here. We will not be returning to...
