St Louis Fish & Chicken — Restaurant in Bellefontaine Neighbors

Walked in and stood at the counter for a few minutes before the cashier decided to stop fiddling with the condiments and take my order. To make matters worse she also had a bad attitude. Ordered the catfish dinner, got it in about 15 minutes, no condiments in the bag at all. I ask for ketchup, extra tarter sauce, pickels and onions. Got the bag back, no onions. Asked the cashier again for onions, she says they don't have anymore. She should've told me that when I asked the first time. Also while I waited for my fish I saw how she acted with other customers and it was horrible. She's rude and her attitude is absolutely terrible. I see now why they have a sign on the door saying they need a cashier. Needless to say I won't be spending my money there anymore. I really hope she gets replaced with someone that is friendly and actually wants...

My husband called up there for me to see if they have chicken strips. The rude girl on the phone said No with an attitude and hung up the phone without giving us a chance to say anything else. So after using Google to look up the menu that she could have told us on the phone we then called back a second time to order after finding they do have chicken tenders which are similar to chicken strips. She took the order but before hanging up my husband asked why didn't she say that they had chicken tenders when he called earlier which was all of 5 minutes ago. I came to pick up a catered order for a reception, when entering in & giving receipts they tried to hide the fact that they gave away or never made the order. He then told me it'll be a 15 min more wait. When the order was done (I mean fresh out the grease...hot! Done) He put it in a big aluminium pan with only aluminum foil. I asked is there anything I can carry it with because it was extremely hot. I literally had to run to my car with the order & put it in my car...thank goodness I didn't get burnt.
