Walked in with my uncle, bcuz he wanted subway. Remind you it was other people in the subway and I was just stared upon like we just interrupted something and wen i spoke they didn’t speak bac. A lady was n first of us and the employees was acting like they couldn’t understand the lady like not even trying to understand her, they started yelling at her so I just started repeating everything for the lady bcuz they wer extremely rude to the customer. But wen it came to my time to order the employees wasn’t understanding me and I felt like they were making up the own prices I asked how much for double meat she told me $3 but charged me $4 then get my order wrong and I had to walk her though my order several times again then she keep putting the meat bac , like so unprofessional, and I did not like how the employees were talking to the young kids that were coming in there to buy cookies, and sit down, or to buy a drink, and sit down like they were just rude like someone was trying to steal something from them or just use their bathroom like they were really rude this might be a private on subway and I need to get it...
Read morePLEASE READ!!! It's A Great Place To Go For A Sub And Salad, BUT I only go if Byron Burris Is Working because the store is always clean and service is great an food is exeptional. This young man isn't a manager yet but, goes above and beyond to make me the customer happy and the store presented in a professional and attractive manner for the franchisee owner. This guy could run and operate his own franchise one day, he takes pride in his work ethic and how he presents the company to the patron... Side note, I don't go in here unless he's working, they go through bum acting employess all the time and when Byron is working, he commands respect and is a true leader. The owner and DM need to highly reevaluate all there employees and how they operate within and and appoint Byron Burris a true leader into management as the store manager... TRUST AND LOYALTY MEAN...

When I asked for a manager, the girl became so indignant that, I had to call the police on her. As I'm talking to the dispatcher she was heard cursing and yelling at me. All I wanted was what I paid for.
