2/3 Update from original post - Graphics have been installed with pictures provided. Communication is the an important part of customer service with an out of state client. I appreciate Bill getting this resolved.

Original Post I am not sure what happened, but after an agreement to install provided graphics shipped early November to AESD with an installation date before the end of that month and then changed to the end of December I have been unable to get a returned call or email...

Bill was able to work with us in our price range and provided us great quality work and service. Terrible, do not use this company if you want your project done without constantly bugging this guy to get your project done in the time he quotes you. He told me 2 weeks, after 4 months of blowing up the phone and emails, 2 months after he collected a deposit, it finally got done. He installed the sign after dark, the sign is not centered up on the post.again bugged and bugged him for a receipt I never received.. never again..one star because the sign...
