Came in with a problem that my iPad would randomly shut down and turn on again. Was told it was “fixed” and when they checked the problem didn’t happen. Unsurprisingly it was not fixed. It stayed on a while then restarted.

When I brought it in, I was with my mom. I explained what the problem was, and according to my mom, the receptionist there was getting frustrated with me (a minor) explaining what the problem with MY iPad was.
