Ellianos Coffee — Restaurant in Belleview

The latte is spot on and it tastes fresh, however, I would not recommend any of the food choices. I have visited here 3 times since opening and I've gotten a latte each time. The first time I visited, I had also ordered the egg bites, but I was disappointed to later find out that almost all of the food comes in frozen and none of it is actually made by the restaurant. The egg bites I received were NOT consistent to how they were advertised. One of them was just plain egg without any of the sausage and bacon that the menu said would be in it, while the other only had a small amount. Both tasted bland and waterlogged. They also had a weird burnt taste to them. I had previously inquired about whether or not the restaurant could make a cracked egg sandwiche instead of the folded egg and I was told that everything came in precooked and frozen, so they weren't able to do that. I was also a little disappointed to find out that they use torani to flavor the drinks. The choice of flavoring isn't the actual issue. It's the fact that I was charged $0.75 extra each time for 1 pump of flavoring, without even being told that there would be an upcharge. I only found out about the upcharge during my last visit when I saw a second menu board at the window showing more items and prices. I feel a 75cent charge for 1 pump of flavoring is insane, especially for a drink that is already almost $6. Just for reference, a $15 bottle of Torani syrup delivers just over 100 pumps of syrup, which is less than 15cents of product each pump, and I'm sure the restaurant gets it cheaper by buying it in bulk.. Regardless of whether they do or not, a 400% upcharge on 1 product is insane to me. I will still come back for the Latte's, (minus the flavoring), but I have no plans to ever buy the food again, especially after being informed of everything coming in...

I never really write reviews because I’m not that kind of person but today I felt so disrespected by this location. I wasn’t going there for myself. I was going there for somebody else to pick up an order. I stood outside for over 10 minutes, rang the doorbell to let somebody know that I was back there when I explained to the worker that was there Hey I’ve been here for 10 minutes. She told me I didn’t even know you were out here it's coming then I need to calm down Was I mad not even was I may be a little impatient. You can say that and I specifically said please don’t tell me to calm down. She then refuse to serve me and told me that she was had me trespassed and would call the police on me. I have never done anything wrong in a business to be threatened with law-enforcement trespassing is crazy. I don’t feel as fair for someone who works in an establishment to feel that they can overpower somebody because they feel they can. I cannot believe this lady treated me like that like I don’t deserve that. I literally was going to get coffee from there and you wanna threaten me with banning me and I didn’t do anything wrong. I was literally just waiting for my order And because you didn’t like the fact that I said don’t tell me to calm down which you shouldn’t be talking to customers like that anyways you then tell me to leave and you’re not gonna serve me that’s not OK. I have been coming to Ellianos frequently since it opened. It was always very good. We referred several of our friends there. I raved about the freezers and how they are made with ice cream. I have noticed the past few times that it didn't taste the same. Then I had several chunks of ice in it. My sister came up there and asked which coffee had the ice cream in it and she thought it was the freezer. She was told that you guys don't put ice cream in it. I had to double check just to make sure and it surely says that it is "a refreshing blended ice cream and coffee drink". So, did it change? I was very happy and this became my go to coffee shop. Not happy.
