I sent my dad to pick up my moms medication for her liver since she had 1 refill from her specialist. Well when he got there this woman called Yariely lied to my dad saying that my mom didn’t have any more refills and to call an schedule an appointment with a gastroenterologist. (Which my mom already had and was the one that prescribed her the meds) my dad being in his late 60’s and not knowing much made the mistake to call my moms PCP and she immediately sent a request to the pharmacy but for only 2 months instead of the 3 months supply her specialist sent. When it got to my knowledge of what the pharmacy was doing I immediately told my dad that my mom indeed had one more refill from her specialist and sent him a screenshot. Well this lady from the pharmacy kept lying to my dad. At this point they still haven’t had the medication ready.

This lady did not want to grant us what my mom’s specialist were sending her and instead hurried up and got ready the pcps order. Then she decided not to cancel the order and to top it off she send the request for the other order knowing the insurgence was not gonna approve it. Instead of cancelling the order altogether for her incompetence she decided to give my dad whatever she wanted. Now my mom lost her specialist refill that was up until October next year. I’m sick with cancer, getting surgery in 2 days and this people instead of making our life easier they decide to lie about my mom not having a refill and then instead of apologizing and cancelling the order and make things right this lady yariely just did what it was easier for her. After surgery and after recovery I’ll get this matter to someone in charge. We will never go back to this location. At least not for my parents prescriptions. They are old people that deserve to be treated with respect and kindness. As for myself if they ever try to pull something like this on me I’m someone that won’t let anything slide, specially when it comes to my health and medication. I don’t recommend this place if people like her keep...

I wish to commend Judy McManuel, your pharmacist. A few days ago I was visiting friends on my way back to Texas and discovered I would run out of my medication before getting home. My cardiologist phoned in a prescription to your location. When I went to pick it up, you didn't have any in stock. After a worrisome and sleepless night I came back in the morning and Judy waited on me. I explained my plight. She stayed with me, calling all the Walgreens in the area to no avail. She even tried CVS and Publix for me. Seems my prescription is in generic form and isn't readily carried in your area. She suggested maybe she could give me an early release capsule instead of the extended release my prescription calls for. She went back to check if there was any in stock and to our great surprise actually found a bottle of my personal prescription that did not show up on your inventory. If she had not persisted and stayed with me, I would have been in big trouble. Not only was she extremely helpful....she was diligent and professional. I can't thank her enough.

Incompetence is high at this location. I was transferred to Walgreens from Winn Dixie. Every time I order a prescription online I get an email telling me when I can pick it up. I go there to pick it up and they have no recorded that I ordered anything. I have to go back the next day to pick it up. This has happened 5 times! I said to myself, maybe if I call it will be better? I called and spoke with someone in the store. I received my email saying when I can pick it up. After sitting 25 minutes in line at the drive through I was told they didn't have it. They said it was filled at a store in Illinois!!! I thought they were joking, but they were not! What part of my information says I live in Illinois? Again, I had to make another trip and wait in line at the drive through. I have run out of my prescriptions and gone without because of this store. I keep looking for cameras because I feel I'm being punked when I go there!! I have never seen anything like this in my life! I'm really considering transferring all my prescriptions to my insurance company or going somewhere else because this is...
