Can anyone imagine someone trying to exchange not get a refund but exchange a brand new part for a brand new part it's a crazy thought isn't it? But AutoZone in Belleview thinks it is. This is the Worst experience I have ever had at a store I ordered & paid for part online when picked up we even asked if it was the right part the AutoZone employee then guaranteed it was. So when I got home took old part off put new in only to realize that the part was wrong. Less than 12 hours later I drove the 45 minutes back to get the right part & Amanda stated that they did not stock it but she would order it this way Monday night. Tuesday night went to pick up correct part only to be told that I was only getting new & correct part if I paid for it again then proceeded to ask my friend to leave the store or the police would be called on him for shoplifting & trespassing. I then called the store asking for manager for Amanda to take call where she then called me a liar & a thief stating I should have never sent a black man into her store. Amanda then stated that Duralast would not box that part that it was a Mitsubishi part so when I asked her why would I try to return a brand new OEM Part for an aftermarket part not to mention that my receipt showed the same numbers on it as the WRONG PART that I was given she just threatened to hang up on me, so when I asked for corporates phone number she said it's on the side of the building & if I wanted it I could drive out there and look for it myself. This store & it's employees behaviors are completely horrendous extremely disrespectful & racist. The owner of this store really needs to have his employees take some classes on how to speak to people maybe even some de-escalation classes when people are upset instead of cursing & yelling at them. I will make sure that I inform every person that I know or will ever know to have store boycotted as long as Amanda is an employed there she does not belong anywhere in a public setting with her mindset on dealing with the public she is the most despicable person that I have ever encountered in my almost 50...

When I brought it home and went to work on the truck, we see it had been returned and not all of the pieces were there. I POLITELY call the store and the manager Josh answered and sounded all cocky like his ego is through the roof... He first wants to debate the fact that we had to wait for the product, and then has the audacity to tell us to go to another location? Way to not take ownership (DON'T DEBATE YOUR FAULT) That you guys sold us a returned item that was missing pieces and we had to wait and drive further for an incomplete already opened pack... Many times we have to go to this location because the OTHER LOCATIONS DON'T HAVE IN STOCK WHAT WE NEED. We live in the back of Marion Oaks it's a bit of a drive to say the least. The very least "JOSH THE MANAGER" should have done It's apologized for the inconvenience and give me a couple bucks in gas to drive all the way there and back again WITHOUT THE ATTITUDE... We try to support local businesses but I guess will be ordering online since These boneheads can't get it together... *Note the package seemed new until closer inspection at home revealed clear tape holding the contents inside... That's why I didn't realize it had been opened prior. I don't have a problem buying a returned item that's in fine condition as long as all of the pieces are there.... So I tell him what I needed. He proceeds to say "ok let me just finish something up and put you on hold real quick then I can look that up for you." Me:"ok no proble," waits 5 minutes literally and then he answers again asking what I need so I repeat myself kindly and then he says "give me one second" and I say "ok" now I'm frustrated. I waited another 10 minutes! Still no answer. Why ask me what you can help me with if you don't bother helping? Why make me repeat myself anf continuously place me on hold for 5 or 10 minutes at a time???? Anyways I called advanced auto. They answered and asked "how can I help you?" I told them and they attended to me right away. No holds. No repeating. Gave me a price and told me what hey have. I understand customer service and I understand we have stuff to do other than one thing at a time, but placing me on hold not once but twice and making me wait for a total of 15 minutes(probably longer if I didn't hang up) and making me repeat (probably would have made me repeat AGAIN had they answred before I hung up) myself and what I need. You literally hav a computer in front of your face and just have to click on nothing bu a few buttons and type my vehicle in. It takes 30 seconds. You were simply lazy and I will NEVER give this autozone...
