I am just an everyday Joe. I've worked all my life and when I tried to settle down and retire. It didn't work for me, so I ride my Harley. Just about every place ithough but I wanna tell you a true story I stopped. In Kentucky Fried Chicken in Belleville, Florida. While I was there. I must have set my wallet on the counter and I walk out with my meal. By the way, everyone there was friendly. Nice place, wonderful Staff as I was on my way thought. I'd better stop and get gas. My wallet was gone oh my God, all of my identity credit cards. Personal blonde. I came home and search for 3 days. As I was headed to cancel my card at the bank. Make phone call came in on that end of the phone a person, a man I angel. Set it low, is this Mr. David I replied.Yes, it is.What can I do for you. He said I found your wallet. Oh, my God. He had the wallet for 3 days.Trying to locate me what a blessing.I immediately made arrangements to go see this person this angel this Man His name is Jeremy, he said I. Seen when you got on your bike and drove off. We're trying to catch you, but you couldn't hear us. He hung on to my wallet Google until he found my phone number. The moral of my story is this. All good deeds will be awarded. I called his regional manager and spoke directly to him. The manager that is of the Regi told him. To be frank the food I purchased did not make up for the service I received. While ordering my food at the drive thru this afternoon I began to get frustrated with two individuals speaking over each other for over a minute into the microphone in the attempt to explain a menu item to me. In an attempt to gain clarity I asked that only one person speak to me as so that I may better understand what they were trying to convey, shortly after I placed my order I pulled around to the window and upon paying for my order to the woman at the window another employee behind her gives me the MIDDLE FINGER. I came into the store to speak to the supervisor but I feel as though the situation was not properly addressed. I can’t even begin to describe the density of illness I feel in my bone marrow right now. That is how appalled I am by this establishments level of professionalism. So thank you for exuding the absolute worst level of customer service I have received since I watched my mom get rung up at circuit city. Thank you to the manager Patty for taking the time on shift to hear my concerns but admittedly if I never get to eat at KFC again it'll be too soon.

Just for a heads up, if you use Door Dash, and you receive half an order of fries, let them (door dash) know, and they will refund the purchase. Although we did want the fries that was a small consolation in the messed up order. So we did a Tuesday delivery order, which included a free 8 pc bucket with $25 order promotion. So anyway, maybe I'm old and we're used to great kfc. I haven't ordered it in a long time, but come on the colonel would not be proud. Even buffet chicken is better. And if you're in Ocala, although Lee's went don't hill some in the last couple of years, theirs is still massively more fresh and not ultra greasy. That said, the kfc chocolate cake is worth its weight in gold for the money, get that 100%, and it's huge for 6 bucks! But the bucket of chicken was bleh, the tenders and nuggets much better, but i expect it all good. All these complaints, i understand aren't about everything we ordered so def not 1 star, so I may order again because I think we might have caught them at the end of an oil batch that needed changing.
