Something has happened or changed at this location recently within the past couple months (as of today 4/22/2022). Now you canât even place online orders when you used to be able to. I had done it half a dozen times with no issues. On top of that, When I go in there. I see signs on the windows that say âwe will be closing early this wkndâ but give no reason. They wouldnât even let me go inside to pick up my order. Made everybody wait in line & go Thru the drive Thru just to pick up the order when we could have just gone inside. Punched in our code & grabbed our food & left. Going inside requires no help from employees where going thru the drive Thru does require them to cater to us. And worst of all. Since the online ordering no longer works. Every time I call. They either just let it ring until it goes to the answering machine (that you canât leave a voicemail on) OR they answer & say really fast & loud âSorry weRE NOT TAKING ANY MORE ORDERS TONIGHTâ & hangs up not letting us say a word. Or sometimes they will just pick up & hang up. This has happened on Multiple occasions to us now. Itâs pretty disappointing. This location used to be fine & have no issues. Itâs like recently they changed management to somebody completely incompetent or something else that I canât explain. I just hope they fix it soon & until then. I arrived within that time but the lobby was not available which would have been fine, but I went all the way through the long drive thru line once only to get to the front of the line and be told that I had to go through again because there was 5 minutes left on the order. This did not make sense as I waited longer than 5 minutes per car that was in the line to begin with and the new line had grown significantly. The crew member went and got the manager to reiterate the point that they couldnât keep the rest of their customers waiting, and I decided to oblige rather than continue to be difficult. After getting back in line, I then waited another 27 minutes before getting back to the front of the line for my order that would have been ready in 5 minutes. This was already outside of the timeframe that was quoted to me. The truck in front of me took 7 minutes to get their order, but was not told to move around. The crew member knew that I was already agitated, and instead of apologizing for the wait or offering to rectify the poor service, he sarcastically said âwelp, enjoyâ and quickly closed the window.    Read moreThe workers I spoke to were very friendly and I think the location is just understaffed. But after waiting in line and paying we were asked to pull forward and park. No big deal at all, the only issue is that we waited 30 minutes and only got our order after I called inside to check and see if everything was ok. The gentleman that answered said our order was ready and my sister met him at the door for it. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to get back in line at some point and go back to the window or if they were supposed to bring it so that very much couldve been my error. I just wondered how long it had been ready before I called, wasn't cold or anything I was just curious about that. The poor lady parked next to us was waiting like an hour and was still there after we left. I know they had to remake her food but dont know details or anything. And some people in line were given their food at the window while others like me were told to park. Of course if you order a lot I get having to park or pull forward. But I ordered the same thing as the woman in front of me who got her food at the window and somehow had to wait 30 minutes after watching people who were there after me get served...
