If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been coming to this Taco Bell for 3 years now since I live around the block, that said even with poor service it was never anything so bad that I had complained before . I work in the food Industry and I know it’s difficult. Recently I was diagnosed with diabetes, because of that I cannot eat certain things that make my sugar spike like nacho chips. I love Taco Bell nachos so I simply requested the chips on the side ( since I can no longer eat them and have a substitute at home) and was willing to pay an extra fee for any inconvenience. I know it can be done and was done in the past . Tonight was no different except I was greeted with a rude server. She came on the mic and said “ we don’t do that” I replied with “I’m sorry but I’ve done it in the past” “she very nastily said “well you probably had the right one because we don’t do that, so tonight will be the last time” embarrassed and trying to reason since I know it’s embarrassing I said “well I can’t have the chips because I have diabetes” “well we don’t do that because we don’t have enough containers so we won’t do it anymore” I said “it’s part of the Americans with disabilities act for me to get my food the way I need” “ok so you’re going to have to pay extra” I said I’m going to send a response to corporate and she said “go ahead, what do you want to order “ When I pulled up to the window she said the girls name was Ashley, on the receipt it says Sandra. I have NEVER been so upset . I was recently diagnosed with diabetes and am still adjusting and this is one of the few meals I can eat when to feel normal with the rest of my friends...
Read moreThis place use to be really good. I guess the staff or the people working there bringing down the reputation. I went there three times on different days to see if I was wrong or place itself not treating customer properly.
Dec 18th Saturday at 9:30pm, on my last visit I was afraid to touch my food. Since I could see who was preparing my order I saw a young girl in kitchen laughing and eating food from the tray with same hand preparing food. Touching her mouth with same glove. I did not even eat that specific food that she prepared.
One visit prior I went through driveway for the order. Such a shame knowing the demand and long line of cars people working in kitchen had to be fast on feet but seem like rushing the order. They got two of my items wrong + did not even seem like prepare by Taco Bell. It seem like prepare by a little kid.
I just hope management should look into this place before it lose its reputation. I still visit this place cuz only place close by. I just wish people working in there wish they hire correct people. No doubt there were/are still few people working today maintain quality of service.

Read moreMultiple times they have messed up my order during late night drive thru ordering. Always double check your order before leaving premises.
One of the staff member (hispanic guy) who works in late night shift at the pickup window is not respectful and does partiality when you ask for extra sauces. He gave extra sauces while flirting with a girl in the car ahead of me by intentionally holding/touching her hands. But when I asked for extra sauces, he said we cant give more than total 6 sauce packets. Note : I had purchased 5 items. When I called him out by telling him how he treated that girl vs me, he closed the window on my face.
I complained to Taco Bell customer care over email by sharing details and submi receipt pic about the incident but they never responded.
Lot of times they have put very small amout of veggies, beans or sauces in the food. Beans and fiesta potatoes seem dry sometimes. While ordering burrito numerous times they have missed to grill it even though I had specifically mentioned that while ordering via drive thru. They have given me fire sauce when I had asked...
