Fantastic and flexible customer service! I called from out-of-state to purchase a hanging basket to be delivered for Mothers' Day. Even though it was only a few days away, they had plenty baskets to choose from and a sales rep. helped select one for me over the phone. The manager, Lila, who took the rest of my order, even let me call back with a (longer than it should have been) message that I narrated to her as she wrote it on the card, which was really going above and beyond. The delivery fee was almost as much as the basket's price, but it was well worth it. Lila took her time on the phone to get everything right and didn't act rushed even though it sounded busy there. It meant so much to me to know I was getting a quality basket from a local business, and the baskets themselves were less expensive than those listed at other nearby nurseries. I would definitely go through Bellevue Nursery again. They only thing I may do differently is think ahead of time to arrange my own pick up and delivery to save on that fee, but this time I was happy even they offered delivery service and was glad to pay for it so my mom will how loved she is on Mother's Day. We're rarely on the Eastside but due to an appointment the girlfriend had, we came across this little gem (truth be told, it's not "little" by any means). The girlfriend always gets geraniums for mother's day and since I had one day left before mother's day (ah, not admitting I'm a last minute shopper or anything), we made an unexpected stop here. She stayed in the car and was on the phone while I made a mad dash inside to pick these flowers up, only to be distracted with how big and awesome it was. Luckily my extremely distracted self was able to focus enough to buy the geraniums before she got off the phone and out of the car (special thank you to the lady employee who helped me hide it from her by putting it in a paper bag so she wouldn't see it!). After getting the flowers safely and secretly into the car, I went back in to actually look and appreciate all the other flowers and plants they had to offer. All the employees I talked to (I believe I talked to at least three and I'm embarrassed I didn't catch anyone's name because they were all lovely) were super helpful and friendly and took the time to answer my questions. I cannot say enough about the customer service I received here. I brought in a jade plant that was practically a family heirloom, but on the brink of death. During my visit I spoke to every member of the staff at some point and found all of them to be personable, helpful, and interested in my problem. In the end they diagnosed the issue and offered to replant the hopeless succulent free of charge, as it was a simple matter to move it to a smaller and re-soiled pot. I was so overwhelmed that I went ahead and spent $30 on several other succulents and accessories on general principle. I doubt I will ever go anywhere else for my green-thumb...
