My friends have been trying to get me to do yoga for years! I have worked out with weights and gym classes for over 20yrs and didn’t feel like I would get a complete workout with just yoga, boy was I wrong. I took a few private lessons with Collin to make sure I understood the poses. After 4-5 private lessons I was addicted!! I noticed my shoulder opening up, my lower back which is always tight wasn’t aching and my flexibility was increasing each week. When we were able to have in-person classes, Collin would go around the class and hands-on assist to make sure you had the correct form and to help you push yourself to go further. I learned from Collin that I had been doing some poses incorrectly for about a year now, and wow - what a difference! Now that he is teaching virtual sessions, Collin takes a lot of care to tell you exactly what you should be doing as he is showing you the poses.
