Definitely made my review to early. When I got home after buying a legion go the right bumber on the right controller is dead. And of course I bought this right before they closed for the day on Friday and I couldn't get any help with it till they opened back on Monday. I spent my whole weekend trying to fix it with Lenovo support coming to the conclusion that the button was dead and there was nothing I could do about it but just buy a new one from lenovo. On top of that when I traded my stuff in I asked could I use my credit with other stores not local and get stuff that I wanted shipped to me. They said yes of course so it made me want to trade with them more then just spending so much time trying to sell the stuff on my own. Turns out that's not true I can only use the credit with this store. When I was trying to type in my gift card I kept getting an error message. So when I called the store in Texas is when I found out that the credit only works at the store you trade your stuff into. So when I called bellevue back asking them why I was giving false information all they could say was "I don't know". Don't waste your time here thell probably just take this review down so if you read this before they do go...

I came in yesterday to sell my MacBook Air M2 with 8gb of memory and 256gm of ram and they tried to rip me off to sell it for $200 when I bought it for $1K I needed $545 for an operation and they said the highest they can go is $200. I went to the Apple Store and they said they can put it on a gift card for $568 This place is a rip off. It’s a scam. Apple products are better than regular pcs because they don’t get viruses easily or bloatware. I have 1 year of Apple Care on my MacBook Air M2 but apparently that doesn’t matter. I’m gonna be reporting this store to the BBB. I bought my laptop for $1K and 50% of that should be somewhere around $500. They tell me they don’t make money if they can’t offer it to me for $200. If your business is doing so poorly then hire better staff or better yet file for chapter 11. Don’t give me bs like you can’t make money off selling it for $500 when your website has a list of laptops going as high as $1,000 The emotional stress of driving to your store and being belittled was not worth it. Today was our very first visit to this store, and we had an outstanding experience—thanks to Steve. My 11-year-old came in hoping to sell his Nintendo Switch and a few games, and from the moment we arrived, Steve went above and beyond. He was incredibly patient and kind with both my 11-year-old and my 9-year-old, taking the time to explain the entire process in a way they could understand. He answered all their questions with genuine enthusiasm and respect, making them feel valued and heard.
