I saw this place on Tiktok and a lot of my friends had tried it out and recommended it. I went during a very busy time on Saturday (around noon) and while it took some time to get my order, the staff were very friendly and attentive to people waiting. They let us know drinks would take some time as they were remaking syrups. I got the hot Tarm latte and the Zahr latte and was blown away by the complex flavor profile. The coffee is rich and smooth and the syrups are delicious and knowing they make them in house made all the difference! While I didn’t get the chance to try their bakery items, my friends recommended the cheese and spinach pastries, I will definitely be back to try more. The atmosphere is charming and I was also surprised by how clean the seating area was.

I’m so glad that there’s a local family owned business finally opened in the area and I look forward to seeing...

This is a great spot to work for those who wfh!! It was my first time today and I got a matcha latte, which I really liked. The vibes are very calm, comfy, and cozy. Truthfully, after discovering this place and having a good day of work, I didn’t want to reveal it to the general public. šŸ˜‚ However, I couldn’t remain selfish after my experience with the establishment and owner/barista named Yun Chu (or who I think is the owner). She was an amazing and kind soul. I even saw her go out of her way for a customer to make sure she hand delivered it to their car because she knew they were in a hurry. Anyway, that’s all to say, this cafe is really something special, especially because of the many Korean elements in it. If you get the chance to visit, please do and tip well because Yun Chu deserves it!! šŸ«¶šŸ¼

Spring CafĆ© is a charming little spot located in the up-and-coming Spring District. I love the area—it feels safe, with a nice mix of local charm and nearby corporate offices. The cafĆ© itself is small and cute, with some Korean cafĆ© vibes. Seating is limited and it gets crowded on weekends, but it never feels too cramped.

I had a mocha and their famous Banana Nutella Craffle (a croissant + waffle combo), and really enjoyed it. Do expect some delays, as the staff is small but clearly passionate about what they do—and that’s something I truly appreciate.

There’s free street parking, and I’d recommend parking anywhere in the Spring District and walking to the cafĆ©. If you can’t find seating inside, the district itself has plenty of great spots to relax—there’s even a lovely park with cradles where you can sit and eat.

Overall, I highly...

Small cozy cafe with unique Korean-inspired food and drink selection. The egg drop (sandwich) was the MVP. The kimmus was also good but pale in comparison to the egg drop; the kimmus is a very good value though for the price. Drink-wise, the corn cream foam (?) drink was very good, though we couldn’t taste the corn part, I imagine all drinks in this series would be good. Side note: all of the foam drinks are cold. The regular mocha was also tasty and chocolate-y. This is a small shop with limited seating space. So it’s definitely not a place to go & set up workstation-type cafe. And since it’s also a mom-and-pop shop, the service can be a little slow, so not recommend if you're in a hurry

It's like a Korean mini mart. Found kimbap ($11 including tax) on a hunt for healthy breakfast food to go. Kimbap made fresh on order, you can choose different types, including bulgogi and vegetarian. Other observations about this one stop shop. They offer variety ramen with fancy hot water machines. There's coffee/tea bag options, alcoholic beverages, ice cream, bananas oranges apples, snacks, but wait, there's more! Checkout the menu as they have more I haven't tried. Small seating area inside, but the business plaza right around the corner has plenty of outdoor seating. Some street parking, don't know if there's parking garage option.
