This is the worst and fastest hair cut I ever got in my life . I had an appointment 1:15-2:15 , I was running around 7 minute late, called salon and updated . Once I got there I apologized , but I didn’t feel being welcomed . Then there are no available spaces for hair wash which is not my problem , but my stylist kept saying she don’t have time and may be she will do only cut and some one else does blow dry , I was okay with it . Waited for hair wash till 1:35 , the wash and condition was so fast by 1:38 my is cut is being started. I was only asked how long you need , which is first layer ! They cut was so fast and blow dry was very hot since she was rushing everything was over in 15 mins . Without even asking me if I like it or need changes she put on setting spray . I am getting a layer cut for past 15 years and I know how they do and how I look . I asked her some changes and she kept saying oh you can’t see there are more layers ! Usually hair stylist does face trimming per their daily hair style but this was done just how she likes it. I asked couple of times for a change and she didn’t do it ! Either way for the service I ended up paying tip of 20% . Wash , cut , dry all of it took a bare minimum of 25 mins I was out of the place by 2 PM. I visited this place and got appointment for that specific stylist suggested by my friend but I don’t think they offer same service to everyone . My sister had an appointment at this salon on Tuesday for root touch up and toning. She had to cancel and reschedule last hour as her son, who is 2.5 years old, was feeling sick. She got it rescheduled for Thursday at 10am as she thought her son is going to get better and be able to go to his daycare. Wednesday morning at around 3am her son got 104.1 fever and she had to take him to urgent care etc. Cause it was a lot she completely forgot to reschedule/cancel her appointment on Thursday. Thursday morning she received a called from the manager saying because its the second time our policies are fixed we will charge you. She requested the manager to understand her situation and also told the manager that she can share the doctors notes and visit summary and the last thing on mind was to cancel her appointment. My sister requested the manager to discuss it with her owner and get back to her as she was sure the owner will consider and not charge her. A few hours later the manager called her and told her that the owner says that they have policies to follow and can give a $20 off but she will be charged a cancellation fee.

SERIOUSLY!!!! Its extremely disappointing that such big names do not care or empathise with their clients, that in such serious situations/emergencies the last thing a person would care about is a salon appointment!!! My sister even offered to pay extra tip to the stylist for her time on her next visit as its not the stylists fault but the manager said no the policy is fixed!!!

This was the most disappointing appointment I have ever had in a hair salon. I have colored my hair for years and I have never seen anything like this. First of all, after many calls and leaving message they never called back. Finally after scheduling the appointment, the hair dresser kept telling me that he will not be able to give me the color I want because of the previous colors on my hair. I have never received any comment like this before from a hairdresser; they could always had skills to treat my hair and give me the results I wanted. Right there I knew how under skilled the hairdresser was. Then they told me that to have balayage I should have two sessions! Never have I had such an experience! What a waste of time! Finally the price for balayage was going to start from $400! Which means after tips it could easily be around $500 or more!

I have had super talented hairstylists before and I could not believe that I will have such a disappointing experience! And just to be clear on how strange were the comments from hairdresser, my hair is not damaged and he kept telling me that if he colors my roots your hair will have uneven three colors! What kind of hair stylist does not know how to do such a simple thing? Who has given this guy the license to call himself a hair stylist?

One final note that I found their attitude very strange and unprofessional. The hair stylist kept telling me that he is telling me that the final result will be reddish to save his butt! Extremely...
