I had three terrible experiences with Lucy, and I will never come back again. The first time, I had an appointment with her, but she refused to take me because she said she had to serve a āmore importantā client. The second time, I booked a 1.5-hour massage. After only 1 hour, Lucy told me to cancel the last 30 minutes because a walk-in client was waiting. The third time, I again booked a 1.5-hour massage. With 20 minutes left, she suddenly stopped in the middle of the session, saying there was a walk-in client outside who would leave if she didnāt take them.
This is beyond unprofessional. Lucy repeatedly disrespected my time and treated me as if my appointment didnāt matter at all. I was exhausted, lying there in desperate need of rest, only to be told to get up and leave halfway through. It was humiliating, uncomfortable, and extremely disrespectful.
Lucy clearly prioritizes walk-in customers over the clients who actually book in advance. That is the worst possible way to run a business.
