I asked a floor worker if I could have the empty mini brands display box. She told me to take it to customer service and ask them or a manager, so I went to customer service and asked them how much they would charge me for the empty box or if I could just have it. I told her I was not trying to be dishonest and just walk out with it I wanted to ask first. I was told no I could not have the empty cardboard box by the customer service worker, so I asked her If I could talk to a manager, I certainly wasn't a Karen I asked very politely, and she got on the walkie-talkie and asked her manager if I could have the box. The manager did not even come up to the front she just told the customer service worker that if there's not a price on it that we cannot sell it therefore they can also not let me have it. it is what it is... I just find that outrageous it's going to end up in the dumpster and I was willing to pay for it. Read moreAwesome place, super clean , and friendly staff up front. Participate in drive up frequently as well as coming in. The drive up is so quick and easy. Only one time has there been a technical error and they fixed it within a few minutes. The self checkout is the only lane open it seems a lot of the time but if you pay attention someone is always on register one or three ready to help. I myself find the self check out to be frustrating at times because I tend to lock it up. I do wish the customer service desk was it’s own stand alone thing because of the frustration it causes. It makes other guest rude because they have to wait a minute or two. Also, if you have a pick up order, I don’t think you should have to wait in line to check out because of defeats the purpose. It seems like they are always looking for someone who is suppose to be doing the pick up but they are somewhere else working? Read moreWent there tonight with my son, needed to get se long pants and long sleeve shirts for my boy as the weather is changing. A worker came up to us while he was in the changing room and told us the changing rooms were closed. I asked why and she told me because they get too crowded... my son and I were the only 2 people in the fitting rooms area.
When I told her that didn't make sense she spat out a few other non sentences and told me the fitting rooms closed at 7:30pm because the manager ordered it. It was literally 7:45pm....and then when I asked for the manager I found out she was!
If I wanted incompetent, non help full, can't even give a logical explanation type of staff I would have gone to Walmart.
When did Target drop customer service as a core trait? It's no different from their competition now, just costs twice as much.
