Merry Christmas! Unfortunately my last visit was not a good experience I was picking up some last minute Xmas cards and I recede to use a restroom immediately. I was advised by 2 employees they did not have a public restroom. I indicated it was an emergency but was still denied access to a restroom. I”m sure the employees do not have to leave the building to use the restroom. I felt no compassion just we don’t”t have a public restroom! Customer service rating for-this visit using (1-5 rating) 5 being excellent is a negative 10. How 2 women could not see y embarrassment . So disappointed in Hallmark! This location has been "my" store since Hallmark left Council Bluffs. The employee's at this store are the most friendly and helpful. I recently left my credit card holder there. When I called to see if I left it there, Sherry immediately acknowledged me and told me my card case was there...almost before I even explained why I was calling. She lifted a huge burden off of me. She said she woulld put it in the safe til I got there and advise the other employees. Sure enough, when I walked in the associate knew why I was there. Sherry did exactly as she said she would. I had not been to my favorite Hallmark Store at Twin Creek for a long time. I have been in twice recently, and just had to mention two wonderful employees that have helped me on those visits. Associates Roxanne and Donna are so very helpful and thoughtful in helping to find just the right card and gift. They really cared to help me to.
