In life, finding the perfect person to marry, is probably the hardest thing to find. Finding the perfect hair person, is probably the next hardest thing to find. And sometimes, by finding the perfect hair person first, you might have a better chance of finding the perfect person to marry. Because let’s face it, we’re all a little vain, we rely on first impressions to help us decide if we should take the time and get to know the heart and soul of a potential future spouse. In other words, hair matters, the person you choose for a relationship with your hair, matters even more. And if that person can also make you laugh, listen to your sob stories, and even give you expensive advice for the price of a haircut or hair color, then you’ve pretty much hit the jackpot! Thanks to Rita, I am now happily married and have two fat, happy babies. In other words, Rita is the only person who has a relationship with my hair, and she’s pretty funny. So my appointments are never boring, and my hair always fabulous! But just because finding the perfect person to marry is the hardest thing to find, doesn’t mean the perfect hair person won’t help you find other things, like.. the perfect job, the perfect client, the perfect person to buy the house you’re selling, or even the perfect clients for the MLM business you’re starting! What I’m trying to say is that you’ll have better luck in pretty much everything with perfect hair. She’s also very knowledgeable about things like face shapes and exactly where to add that pop of color, or where to cut, to make sure you look more like the social media, filtered...

First-time customer today appointment with Cesar. From online, I saw lots of positive reviews. Also, I like supporting local business since this joint opened this February 2021 (based on another review and confirmed in person today). It's quite brave starting a new business amid the pandemic! Cesar basically modernized my look and made me look 8 years younger with a fresh makeover look, with a new haircut, beard, as well as eyebrow trimming and waxing, two things I've never done before. Very meticulous and swift job, indeed. Enjoyed the banter as well. Looking forward to visiting Rio de Janeiro and Brazil sometime in the future! This is the best shop to handle men's beards since I found one Costa Rican place in NYC long ago. I'll definitely be coming back in 3 weeks time to get my nose waxing done as well. The last time I got a haircut, I went to a different barbershop and didn’t get a very good job done. I had to grow out my hair and then decided to spend a little more money and come to this shop to avoid the mistake from last time. I made an appointment online (which is super easy to do) and got set up with Rita. She worked meticulously and carefully around my hair that has long since been overdo for a haircut. The haircut came out AMAZING. And I’ve never been one to say I love how my hair comes out after a hair cut but after countless years - I can finally say I truly love how my hair came out. I’ll be coming back specifically for Rita.

Also, they have a fantastic vibe to the barbershop, they use a nice scented spritz on your hair instead of water, use so many tools I’ve never seen used on my hair before, and a great music selection playing in the background (it is at the perfect volume where it isn’t jarring but loud enough to hear over the buzzing of the machines). The chairs are comfortable and they sanitized before and after I came in which is nice.
