Harsha and everyone in the mail center are FANTASTIC! They go-beyond when I needed to mail various odd-sizes of packages domestically and internationally to accommodate my delivery time preference while also recommending the most reasonable delivery costs with most security.
All packages which have been received for both our mail boxes have always been secured. There were a few occasion when delivered boxes were damaged but Harsha was proactive to inform me which I was able to complaint to the original sender. And best arrangement was that I was able to receive credits as a result of poor packaging from the sender. So I know first-hand from a personal experience which Pony Express Mail & Business Center how proactive measures are taken to keep their customers' happy.
Privacy is important so having your mailbox registered here, you know you'll receive all your mails, packages, and boxes with no problem from Harsha and team members directly. And more importantly when you are abroad extensively throughout the year, the service continues to go-beyond your expectations.

Consistent with some of the other reviewers, this place lacks the basic understanding of customer service. I assume that the responses to the previous complaints are being written by one of the two people (likely the younger one) behind the counter. The older individual was hilariously rude but perhaps doesn't realize it. It's very simple....when you ask someone (especially a customer) a question, you let them finish answering it. Don't cut them off thinking you know exactly what the rest of the sentence will be. You'll regret it when you're wrong. I ended up having to ask the younger person about the second package because the older one just blew me off when she assumed I was making just a drop off.
Here's a suggestion. Switch roles and put the other person as the customer facing representative. I'm 100% sure that the complaints will go away and you'll have 5...

And then I found she put the country to county name and after I detected. Another example was : I was also asked to pay a higher rate before I told them I have posted things of the same nature the the same country but cost significantly less. Then she said yeah I found if I do this I could help you pay with lesser ( wasn’t that supposed to the same as last time ? ). All in all, I spent 45 mins there solely for posting two paper docs to another country, the stuff was spending too much time to telling me how good they’re at their job without focusing on my issue.
