TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
MANY Reasons because I have the tracking number and said delivered by Friday at 11am. Before I called them, I waited until it was 4pm because that's when mail usually arrives. It was a flat rate 2-day priorty and $50 insurance. By Friday, it never came. I had someone home but mailman never knocked on the door and wasn't there at the front door. So I called this place's number and the man said he will investigate and call me back tomorrow.
Saturday, again no package and didn't call me back. I called and spoke to the same man again. He told me that he forgot and will talk to the mail man and call me on the next business day. Sunday is closed. Monday is Columbus Day.
Tuesday, the man never call me back. So I called them and same man told me (AGAIN) will talk to the mail man and to check my mail again tomorrow to see if my package came. If not, call them back tomorrow. I was so furious at them and couldn't take it anymore. So I went to this place and ask the front clark. She didn't know how to deal with it and told me to speak to the associate at the front door. I asked him and he couldn't do nothing about it and told me to call the number. But I already did, for three days! Wasn't much help going there.
Wednesday, package haven't deliver.
Thursday, UPS came and dropped off two big boxes that was delivered at the wrong address. For example, I live 456 169th Ave Ne. But the boxes said delivered to (name) 456 170th Ave Ne. So I went over to their house to return their boxes and asked if they ever received mine accidently. I checked on the maps, there is many 456 BUT with 169th, 170th, 168th, etc. Ave Ne. Who knows, mail man might delivered to one of these.
Either it delivered to the wrong address or they still have my package somewhere behind the clark that they messed up. I'm going keep calling and filed a complaint for my $50 insurance even though my package is more than that until it is resolved.
SERIOUSLY, I dealt with too much for one package...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreEvery time I have been to this post office, the people there are so rude that it feels YOUāRE inconveniencing THEM by being a customer. Just last week I went there to mail a large package and the lady asked me to lift it up onto the counter so she could scan it. I told her it was far too heavy for me to lift and asked if we could just push it behind the counter, since the door to the back was right next to us. She said āNo, youāre not aloud to come back here behind the the counter maāamā. I told her Iām not trying to go behind the counter, Iām trying to push my package over to her side so she can scan it. She then repeated herself...āMaāam you canāt come over here.ā
Then a kind gentlemen from behind me, offered to help and successfully lifted the package onto the counter where the lady scanned it. And then she had the gentlemen lift the package back down to the ground, where she then opened the door and had me push it through to behind the counter.... I could not believe it. She also had me re-write the addresses on the package because apparently they werenāt in the right order. I told her that I have never had a problem with it before. So she prompted me to write it in the āToā and āFromā sections on the box, IN THE EXACT SAME ORDER THAT IT WAS PREVIOUSLY.
This has got to be THE WORST post office I have ever been to. And I am sad to say that it is not just me who has had nothing but terrible experiences here. So far, I have told this story to my boyfriend, my mother and father, my boss, and three other friends of mine; and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM not only agreed that they have awful customer service, but they all had stories of their own! How this place is still in business, is baffling. Not only will I not go back, but I will also be reporting this facility to the Better Business Bureau, and reaching out to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOne lady worked there staring with letter R of her first name, who did not respect customer at all. I mail quite a lot and most of the time I gave the address showing up on my phone and handed the phone to the people in the post office, they usually typed the address into the computer and printed the label and put it on the package. Sometimes I also wrote down the address on the box while the people typing the address to the computer as well. The lady at usps today, requested me to write the address on the box, I asked can you print the label with the address because I did so many times before. She said she donāt write address for people, I have to do it by myself, and She worked here for so many years I didnāt see me(I didnāt see her as well I came a couple of times but it does not mean I tell lie!)! It is so weird I didnāt ask for someone like do things for me I just asked the process! She didnāt listen to me at all kept on saying you canāt not let us write it for you. And she went to the back to talked to other people said she didnāt know she didnāt know how to put the address on the box. It is so funny so customers have no right to ask the process for shipping? When a service people can not do the explain job well and then go back to humiliate the customer?? When she went back and I wrote down the address, then she put the address on the computer and printed the label, and didnāt ask me to check if the address is correct, and said it is done. That is very un professional! This is my worst worst shipment experience at any post...
