If I could I would choose no star (but I have to select one star). This business does not deserve one star because the way I (customer) was treated with following repair (see below). After dealing with this business I felt ripped off and the facts are I paid for repair and two shipping fees and my board after two attempts at repair still broken.

DO NOT BUY THIS REPAIR!!! In my case it only lasted about 2 month both times. I had to send it back for second repair and I should have asked for my money back after first attempt. I feel like this guy ripped me off by offering to do second repair because by doing that he made sure that any ebay and paypal grantees expired. When I contacted him when board stop working after second repair there was no offer to do any more repairs and no offer to return repair fee as described in listing. The quote from listing "In most cases we can repair the defective board, however if your board can't be repaired, ( no repairing fee)".

You attempted to fix it first time in Dec 2020, and I got board back in Jan 2021. Board broke again in March 2021 and when it was within 180 days of Dec 8 2020 the original PayPal transaction date. You knew you would loose PalPal dispute (back in March 2021) and you agreed to attempt to fix the board for the second time. I trusted that you are honest person and sent it back to you on March 15, 2021 (I got board back after second repair sometime in April 2021) and after second repair board broke again on July 28, 2021. So both times your repair only lasted about 2 month and I believe you only agreed to repair it in March 2021 because it was within 180 days of original PayPal transaction. And the only reason I lost PayPal disputes because I started dispute in August 2021 and was outside of 180 days period, and I regret not starting dispute in March 2021. By agreeing to repair it in March 2021 you deceived me and let me believe that you are honest person and you did that for financial gain. And when I contacted you after board broke the second time (July 28 2021) you did not want to do anything. I purchased his service on eBay, he had my feedback removed somehow,he doesn't want people to know the truth I guess. It was for repair of a double oven control board. I let him know I thought it was the relay for the bottom oven when I sent it,it wasn't heating. I got the board back and it still didn't work. I let him know and he said it must be a problem somewhere else in the oven, so I wasted a couple hours pulling the 260lb oven out of the wall checking everything and found nothing.
