WoodSpring Suites Bellflower - Los Angeles — Hotel in Bellflower

I would’ve given this hotel five stars but since the incident today I’ve changed my mind we’ve stayed at this hotel for almost a month. Your hotel is very beautiful very clean. I have been at another hotel just like it in Kansas where it’s very dirty very disgusting but your front desk is amazing in Kansas. The front desk in this hotel is amazing except one of the girls that’s at the front desk, she has green hair. She’s a little bit bigger and the general manager how they handled the situation with me so you have a group of girls in the back that caused nothing but trouble have their dogs off the leash they have tried to attack my dogs numerous of times and my husband gets really mad and it tells him to put them on a leash they keep it antagonizing my husband. They have confrontation with my husband multiple times and the other day they had I guess a huge argument I was at work and I came home from work around 12 o’clock at night with my van and woke up at 6 o’clock to take my dog out because my husband doesn’t wanna take the dogs out anymore because he’s sick of having the competition, my van was stolen after that confrontation happened at night time with my husband. I went to the front desk I’ve asked asked for the manager. the manager wasn’t there but there’s the bigger girl that has green hair and she lives in 408 with her whole entire family. She has been nothing but rude and nasty to me since I’ve been there. She has belittled me. She makes you feel stupid in front of other guest, she has made other guests feel very unwelcome, especially if they are not her race and she has mentioned that multiple times my husband made a not OK comment I didn’t agree with the comment, but it’s freedom of speech. She got mad at my husband and said I advocate for my people I asked who her people was with the Mexican people she said yes I will always stick up for my people being an employee. You should not say stuff like that. She has also automatically withdraw my account without me even telling her she could take the money out and she said too bad you have to pay and I’ve told her multiple times. I’m a waitress. I will pay when I’m done with work and she tells me too bad you have to pay and I said well now you guys are taking for my bank it’s fraud she didn’t care so after the manager heard the not so nice comment he said you guys have to leave because we have multiple people that are immigrants here as she told us. There’s multiple people that are immigrants here. It is not a nice thing to say you will get our hotel in trouble. I need you guys to leave after my van got stolen. They kicked me out of the hotel would not give me the manager’s name would not give me the girl with the colored hair that’s green he refuse to they put me on the streets. They said that they were gonna kick out everybody that was involved. They did not kick out those girls those girls were sitting in the lawn chairs, laughing at us while we were packing our van up, mocking us and antagonizing us and he said he was going to kick them out. He never kicked them out because they are family and they are friends. Those girls have said that they wanted to fight us, etc. and then the bigger girl that had the confrontation with me walking around laughing on her phone laughing at me freaking looking at me staring at me thinking it’s funny we’re getting kicked out, but she did not get disciplined whatsoever. I feel like I should be reimbursed for everything that has happened to me. It has caused me emotional damage...

My experience in this hotel was horrible thanks to Night shift Front Desk Operatir Leslie. & also to start i am Pregnant and exhausted and wanted to spend the night at a hotel before i had to get back on the road the next morning. The front desk operator Leslie made it worse and worse. For starters, I walked in to check in at closer to 10pm. The front desk was closed & i was confused. When i asked if it was open i didn’t even know she was the one to have to service me Because she was sitting down in the lobby table talking to a guest and laughing. When i asked can i check in she then got my reservation and payment. She gave me room 333. When i went upstairs the room was FILTHY! Not serviced at all. I then came downstairs and she apologized and gave me another room when was 323.When i went upstairs my keys did not work. I then had to travel back downstairs to get another key that worked, and she blamed it on the whole building not working when it comes to giving access to doors. She then gave me a key that did work so when I put my stuff down and when I left to go get food and I came back, i noticed My key was not working, and I was calling the front desk but no answer. The front Front desk was closed again. The fire alarm was pulled due to The smell of smoke. With me being pregnant i was scared for my safety. When she came down in her Pajamas to the lobby, we asked can we get another key. She then got upset and declined and Called police on us and told us I can’t get a refund. I tried to ask for this in a policy written agreement and she walked away from me and yelled at me “NO! GET OUT. I CALLED POLICE” I know i did nothing wrong so i stood there til police got there and was on the phone with Woodspring 24/7 Customer Service. The police really helped me and was able to help me at least get my things. I am now waiting on my Refund. But everytime i call the Hotel, the managers are not in or in a meeting. Hopefully i can get my refund because i was treated so HORRIBLY THANKS TO LESLIE! i also had to sleep in my car that night and the stress caused me to have to go see a doctor the...
