These guys spam me weekly if not daily, on my personal phone. Rene Herrera with San Diego Dream Realty uses them to provide leads for his Realty company, although I've never opted into their service, nor am I on the market for a place to buy, yet even after reaching out to them to take me off their list, they still spam me all the time. Low-quality lead provider at its finest! If you use them as a real estate agent, and get someone like me on your line, have fun.. Ask Rene, he's bummed about using their service now, after all the negative feedback he needs to clean up due to their low-quality lead...

AVOID! my real estate agent is brokered through these people and this experience is awful! Tried to terminate my contract and they haven’t answered any of my voicemails. Yes I called the responsible broker (Robert Bass) and he has also avoided my phone calls too. Called my agent directly and he threatened to charge me money for ending the contract early and overall threw a fit at me over the phone. Definitely avoid...
