Robeks Fresh Juices & Smoothies — Restaurant in Bellingham

I come here all the time. The smoothie bowls are just so amazing. My partner always orders the nutty açaí and I rotate between several. I wish they had granola without flaxseed, because I’m allergic, but they are always happy to substitute it for chia seeds or coconut or more fruit.

The staff is always so friendly, and the interior design is cute. Very colorful and bright, with lots of light coming in. The wraps and salads they offer too is delicious! I’m vegan and I always get the tofu Asian wrap. I recommend this place to everyone, and of all the places to get a smoothie bowl in Bellingham, this place is my #1 pick.

The bathrooms are also very clean. This place isn’t super affordable, but what smoothie place is? They also have so many unique flavor combinations, which is hard to beat. Definitely better and a LOT more filling than Jamba Juice. The smoothie bowl consistency is thick too, whereas Jamba Juice always serves watery, thin smoothie bowls.

Very rude. Asked me to leave and get a mask on. Another customer came in and she offered him a mask.. Her body language was very aggressive and angry. A nice smile goes along way. Why isn't customer service important. It's not what she said it's her tone of voice. I did go put my mask on . I'm a nurse and I will not recommend this shop. Simply because of the staff member . Also why would she offer a mask to a customer and sound so friendly. But just abruptly tell me I need to get out and go get a mask. My daughter who is pregnant was with me and she will no longer be going to this smoothie shop anymore. Will not recommend this smoothie shop to anyone. Very dissapointed. I'll go somewhere else next time and so will my family...

In all my 39 years of working with customer service, I have NEVER been treated or treated anyone the way I just was by the gentleman working the counter right now. I called and confirmed my order for pick up was ready. Upon walking in, I wasn’t even acknowledged. When I asked for my order, I could already read his face that he was going to be rude to me. He then ignored me, slowly VERY slowly continued what he was doing (literally all he had to do was turn around and grab the drinks I just confirmed were ready). He rolls his eyes and says, “you need to wait”, very snobby and condescending. I am disgusted. Don’t work a customer service job if you hate people!!!!! Completely...
