RejuvenationMD® — Local services in Bellingham

If I could give rejuvanationmd negative stars I would. I went in for prf undereye injections and was recommended ariessence instead. Trusting the advice of this provider, I went ahead and changed it. Turns out ariessence is labeled as a “not intended for injections”, and has also zero published clinical studies as an undereye injection. Somehow they believe that if they mix it with saline, it changes the intended usage and makes it okay. After three months, I’m dealing with swelling in my upper cheek(particularly on the left), raised areas beneath both eyes that looks like bad filler, and my tear troughs are discolored a weird light red/yellow hue. I have been in at least three times post procedure, and the last time I met with the owner, Dr. Tsitsis. She walked in the door with an attitude, “so, what’s the problem.” She continued to gaslight me the entire appointment, and tell me that there’s no way this product caused swelling in my malar region(which is interesting that she’s positive of that considering the lack of published studies). She was honestly so entirely rude to me that I’m not at all surprised that she’s no longer in hospice/palliative care with the type of bedside manner she possesses. I have an appointment with a dermatologist to find out why I have swelling in my upper cheek in a month, and if there is anything to be done. I researched several medical aesthetics practices in northwest Washington and lower mainland BC before deciding on RejuvenationMD. I couldn't be more pleased with the attention to detail and personalized service that I received (I was looking for botox injections to start). Ana Roundy, DNP was professional, knowledgeable and listened carefully to all of my concerns, coming up with a plan that made me feel comfortable (And beautiful to boot!). I made plans to return in a week and again in a month for more services :) I know I have found the right practice for me. Front staff was outstanding, I believe her name is Annika?, such a friendly positive vibe, making sure I was signed up for customer service points with manufacturer programs. So happy here! I really appreciated that she wanted to be conservative and methodical and I found her overall behavior ethical, skilled and compassionate. The staff was very kind and friendly. The waiting area was a bit small and felt cramped because every chair was taken. It was not a good fit for my personal needs, but could be a great fit for someone else.

My experience. I waited well past my consultation time to speak to someone, however, it was clear they were busy with patients. I chose not to have a procedure due to the pricing. Online the price was promoted "starting" at $600 but ended up being $1,800 minimum for female facial hair reduction services. Maybe a smaller area like toes start at $600? Ultimately if the procedure would work, I think it is worth $2,000, but there is no guarantee and going back every 6 months after the initial 6-8 months for the procedure was too much for me. I bought a Lazer machine myself and will do the work in the comfort of my home for a fraction of the price. Overall, they were kind, but the consultation was also much longer than needed (not including my waiting). However, they have several services that did not interest me - and maybe those ones could be much more affordable or desired depending on...
