I had bought an Xbox one about 4 months ago and talked with a really nice manager, cant remember the name but I was very happy to walk out with a refurbished Xbox one.
About 4 months in, my Xbox started to get an issue where none of the accounts were singing in and I had tried everything online, nothing worked so I thought I’d just take it to games stop on sunset.
When I walked in i didn’t see the nice manger I talked to last time I saw Patrick. Now Patrick knows nothing about costumer service what so ever I take my Xbox one in set it on the table tell him everything I know about the problem and he tells me he can do nothing what so ever.
I also did know that I had no receipt for the purchase and no warranty but I did feel very disrespected because I know for a fact GameStop fixes problems like these so since all of this has happened I will now be attending reset...

Waited in line for about 20 minutes or more with just one costumer in front of me. I'm thinking"where are the other employees I shouldn't be waiting this long with just 2 customers in line. The guy working the counter was just taking his sweet time taking to the customer in front of me his life story about how his friend liked some pair of headsets more than the other, not even acknowledging I'm waiting here for 20min,I ended up just leaving.
